Candied APPLES on a stick,
BATS hanging from the trees,
CANDY CORN that melts in your hand,
And DEVILS roaming streets.

EGGS are splattered on the door,
FRANKENSTEIN is on the lose,
GHOSTS and GOBLINS play
HIDE-and-seek among the many children.

While I toss candy into bags,
JACK-o-lanterns flicker in the night.
As black KITTENS skirt your feet,
Bad LUCK will follow you.

Frightening MASKS,
Or NO costume at all.
It's ONLY a night for children
PARENTS stay away -- Beware of the sugar-crazed mob.

Never a QUIET night,
ROARS of taunts
SAIL through the air...
TRICK-or-TREAT, smell my feet, give me something good to eat!!

There is no need for any UTENSIL, hand are good enough.
Although you may need some garlic to keep the VAMPIRES at bay.
WEREWOLVES howl at the bright full moon.
As e-Xpectant kids inspect there goods.

YOU better have given candy out,
or the ZOO (Devils and Pirates and Vampires) will come and get you.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
Since it's Halloween, I decided to try my hand at writing a good poem. Hopefully it's not that bad.

Tell me what you think.
